The Self Assessment Team (SAT) is formed to evaluate the performance, effectiveness, and overall quality of academic programs through an evidence-based and participatory approach. The team is responsible for conducting internal assessments, reviewing curriculum implementation, analyzing student learning outcomes, and identifying strengths and areas for improvement within the department or program. Its key objectives include ensuring continuous quality enhancement, promoting accountability, and aligning academic practices with national and international standards. The SAT also aims to encourage faculty and stakeholder involvement in the assessment process, develop action plans for improvement, and support the institution in achieving accreditation and meeting quality assurance requirements. Through regular self-evaluation and reflective practices, the Self Assessment Team contributes to a culture of transparency, academic excellence, and sustainable institutional development.
