The Lumbini Banijya Campus Job Fair 2026 marked a significant step in bridging education and employment. With the enthusiastic participation of over 200 students and 17 leading employer industries, the event became a vibrant platform for opportunity, networking, and collaboration.
One of the most notable outcomes was that more than 50 students secured assured jobs directly from employers, showcasing the strength of our academic–industry partnership and the confidence of our students in shaping their professional futures. The presence and active involvement of employers provided invaluable encouragement, contributing to the success of this initiative and opening doors to meaningful career opportunities for our graduates.
The Job Fair reflects Lumbini Banijya Campus’s commitment to fostering employability, entrepreneurship, and industry engagement. Together, students, employers, and stakeholders have taken a meaningful step toward building a future where education seamlessly connects with employment.
